Paul Corbett serves as director of government and community affairs for MICHauto, an initiative of the Detroit Regional Chamber focused on retaining, protecting, and growing the state’s automotive and mobility industry. In this role, Corbett leads all MICHauto outreach to legislators at the state and federal levels and coordinates direct advocacy activities between policymakers and the industry. Prior to joining MICHauto in November 2021, Corbett served as a senior policy analyst in the office of Detroit City Councilmember Roy McCalister. In 2019, while earning a Master of Public Administration from Wayne State University, he worked for the City of Harper Woods as the Michigan Municipal Executives Fellow.
